For the first evening, we all met to Angers for a welcome dinner in the very Art Deco atmosphere of the ballroom of Hôtel d’Anjou. Guests enjoyed a casual welcome dinner and a delicious vegetarian wedding menu created by the chef for the occasion.
The next day, everybody met at the castle to set-up the decoration and the last details! Wedding planner, florist, vegan caterer, photographer, musicians… in a joyful ballet, the whole team of vendors sets up in the gardens to bring our bride and groom’s dream to life: a « French-touch wedding » and an environmentally friendly wedding! Wedding planner and florist worked hand in hand to create a decoration that is a clever mix of a romantic greenery wedding and refined notes. The flowers are all local and in season to respect the bride and groom’s desire to have an eco-friendly wedding.
Meanwhile, the bride and groom are getting ready in the castle. Time flies by and soon arrives the time to begin the symbolic ceremony celebrate by the bride’s father in person! So many emotions. While the guests head to the gardens to discover the vegan cocktail canapés prepared by the caterer, the bride and groom sneak out for a little while to take their couple photos in the château gardens, an idyllic setting as they are surrounded by ponds and lush gardens.
In order to make the most of the setting and the daylight, the couple first dance and ball opening was set before dinner. Another great experience ! Just look at the faces of the father of the bride and the mother of the groom during their respective dances and the radiant faces of our newlyweds during their first dance. It is now time to sit-down for dinner and enjoy the evening dancing to the swinging and jazzy notes of the group Les Gentlemans!
